Hot Sale Glass Shape Edging Machine

Brief introduction

This machine is used to process the external and hole edge of rectangle, round and irregular shape glass.

It adopts vacuum absorbing method to the air sucker, aim of which is to fix the glass tightly.

The satellite-like rotation table is driven by motor, and the speed of rotation table is adjusted by frequency changer. with that machine it can process the turn round diameter 700-2000 mm ,and the round or shape flat glass about 100-500 mm

Simple shape glass could be edged and polished automatically by means of gas cylinder.

When grind external edges, three wheels will be applied: coarse grinding wheel, fine grinding wheel and polishing wheel; and it is used of cup grinding wheel to do beveling, the gears system can change the beveling angles easily. Gear worm system is used to incline the grinding spindle, thus to ensure the grinding could be finished by one side of the wheel.
